Finances and Insurance are usually a topic of concern for most new patients. At Olson Orthodontics, we want you to achieve the smile you have always wanted for yourself or your child. We know that orthodontic treatment is a significant investment of your resources, which is why we are committed to keeping costs affordable in order to help you fit your new smile into your budget. Our staff is ready to go over the cost of your treatment and all of the available payment options, so you can make the best choice for your family and your smile.
Our practice PARTICIPATES with many major insurance providers, and our staff would be happy to submit claims on your behalf. At your consultation appointment, we will go over how much your dental insurance is able to contribute towards your treatment, and then offer a flexible payment arrangement for the remaining balance with terms up to 24 months. We participate with these insurance carriers:
- Assurant
- Blue Cross Dental (Including Blue Cross CHIP)
- Cigna
- Delta Dental
- Guardian
- Humana
- Met Life
- TRICARE
Keep in mind, if an office does not PARTICIPATE with an insurance company, that office can charge any fee it wishes. By participating with insurance, we are only allowed to charge a fee set by the insurance company. This is surely a reduced fee. If you are seeking a 2nd opinion, please ask if that office PARTICIPATES with your insurance, as any office can ACCEPT your insurance. Accepting insurance and participating with insurance are two different things!
